  1. Engagement: By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive license to the IGC Founder Playbook and one 1-on-1 strategy session.

  2. Merchant of Record: Payments, tax collection, and checkout billing are powered and securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Inc. (Paddle.net).

  3. Advisory Disclaimer: Advisory reviews provide operational insights based on real-world founder experience and do not constitute formal legal, financial, or engineering advice.

2. Privacy Policy

  1. Information We Collect: We collect your name, email address, and business information when you purchase the IGC Founder Playbook & Strategy Session.

  2. Payment Processing: All payments, tax collection, and billing details are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Inc. We do not store financial card data on our servers.

  3. Data Usage: Your contact details are used solely to deliver your digital playbook, schedule your advisory session, and send order receipts. We do not sell or lease your personal information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Digital Access & Advisory: The $1,000 package includes immediate access to proprietary digital assets (IGC Founder Playbook) and a scheduled 1-on-1 strategy session.

  2. Refund Terms: Due to the immediate delivery of digital IP and restricted calendar availability for advisory sessions, purchases are non-refundable once digital files are accessed or strategy sessions are delivered.

  3. Session Rescheduling: Strategy sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the booked time without penalty.
